10 Stage Water Filter Diverter Valve 4
Ordered on Nov 11, 2024 and received today 11/17. All is well except that you shipped new ferrule nut but no new ferrule. Fortunately mine will reuse okay. The only way to install new ferrule nut would be to destroy old ferrule. Illogical. Thank you for your prompt service. Peace to all.

New Wave Filter wrench 3
I have had a New Wave 10 stage filter on my counter since 2008. I love it and wouldn’t be without it. I have since added shower filters in each bathroom and love them also. However I have aged since first purchase and cannot open the 10-stage filter to change it or replace o- ring. I thought wrench would enable me to open filter housing but cannot.

The product I ordered, a New Wave Enviro above-the-counter replacement faucet, was delivered in exceptionally quick time, arriving 3 days after being ordered. That was from Rhode Island to central Pennsylvania. My first-time experience with your business was perfect.The Nourishing World representative with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and helpful...even to the point of correcting my thinking that I needed to order not just the faucet, but also a replacement filter and filter housing.
