Westin A Price Foundation Suggested Dosage for Raw Cod Liver Oil

The Westin A. Price Foundation recommends children over 12 and adults take 1 tsp daily. Babies over 3 months and and children under 12 take 1/2 tsp daily. Pregnant and nursing women, take 2 tsp daily.
